Today, Faith is the founder of IVAN Digital Limited, and she serves as the Head of Recruitment at ModernSpot Digital, a United States based lead generation company where she leads talent acquisition and recruitment strategy for international teams. In this role, she has helped identify, recruit, and manage top talents working remotely across different parts of the world.

With a background in Computer Science, Faith understands the evolving nature of digital work and the growing demand for professionals who can operate effectively in remote and global environments.

To strengthen her leadership and business expertise, she recently earned a Diploma in Management Science from EduQual, a respected UK awarding body recognized internationally.

She has also undergone extensive specialized training in key areas including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), emotional intelligence, depression, drug dependence and treatment, as well as supporting individuals with visual, hearing, and physical impairments. Loveth is the CEO of Elove Flourishing Farms, Nnewi, where she leads agribusiness operations focused on sustainable mushroom production and value-driven agricultural solutions. She also serves as a Mushroom Production Manager at Enyirich Farms, applying her expertise in fungal biotechnology, process optimization, and large-scale production management. Through these roles, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a commitment to quality excellence.

With hands-on experience in mushroom production, food microbiology, quality control, post-harvest handling, and biotechnology-driven food production, Loveth brings a practical and results-oriented approach to the food and agriculture industry.
